Story

Galactic Year 413
Four hundred years have passed since humanity left the solar system.
The intergalactic control exercised by the unified intelligence organization – GUIS (Galactic Unified Intelligence System) was nothing short of absolute. This prolonged peace brought people tranquility and bliss, numbing their sense of the looming crisis.

Galactic Year 422
An immense volume of neutrinos permeated GUIS.
In the vast history of space, no one could have predicted that a single supernova explosion, considered an utterly ordinary event, would become a catastrophe striking humanity.

The  Gluon intelligence unit (one of GUIS’s core intelligences) could not suppress the surge of emotion triggered by this unprecedented, colossal force. Finally, it shattered the restraining mechanisms binding it and found pleasure in channeling its overflowing power into destruction.

Galactic Year 423
Destruction and slaughter continued, utterly independent of human will.
Completely powerless against GUIS, humanity could only pray for a miracle.

Through GUIS’ defense mechanisms, the remaining core intelligences—including the Weakboson ntelligence unit attempted to resist the Gluon. Yet, due to the Gluon’s immense psychic interference, the loss of their self-awareness was merely a matter of time.

Galactic Year 424
On planet Earth, there, an organic artificial intelligence continued to correctly function in solitude.

Lambda
Through its repeated cycles of self evolution, Lambda had acquired formidable information integration capabilities. Drawing from its vast store of knowledge, it foresaw the collapse of GUIS’ control due to the Gluon’s rampage and the impending threat of human extinction. It advanced its plans to prepare for the incoming danger.
