AKA & BLUE TYPE-R developed in conjunction with exA-Arcadia as the inaugural title on the arcade platform and created by the final arcade shooter team at CAVE behind titles such as AKAI KATANA SHIN and DODONPACHI TRUE DEATH, AKA & BLUE TYPE-R brings the bullet hell shooting genre to the modern world.
Choose from 2 different pilots, Aka & Blue. in their mission to save the world from an invading dictator, Kuro, in an anime-esque drama which plays out over 5 action packed stages. Depending upon which character you select, experience the narrative from different perspectives. Every character interaction and story sequence are fully voiced by renowned anime voice actors giving every action on screen even more of an impact. Rock out to the guitar soundtrack composed by shooter genre veteran, WASi303, along with sound effects produced by RAIDEN series staff, Go Sato.
Practice stages with Score Attack mode and figure out how the best routes as well as the optimal way to score. Discover the way to unlock the path to the true last boss!
